MAIN COURSE
M1- Traditional Roast Turkey
Thick Slices of hand carved turkey, served with pig in blanket, roasted potatoes, chestnut
stuffing and real homemade gravy.
M2- Steamed Cod and Crab Cake
Steamed cod smothered in a lemon grass velouté and topped with a homemade crab
cake. Served with boulangère potatoes.
M3- Honey Glazed Gammon
A thick slice of baked gammon with a drizzle of honey glaze. Served with boulangère
potatoes.
M4- No Chicken Roast
A vegan mock chicken roast served with traditional accompaniments of stuffing, vegetable
gravy and roasted potatoes
All served with roasted sprouts, parsnips, chantenay carrots and red onion
DESSERT
D1- Spiced Orange Tart
A crisp with a spiced creme anglaise filling and fresh oranges. Served with clotted cream
D2- Chocolate Mousse Cake
A rich moist chocolate sponge. topped with a light chocolate mousse. dusted with cocoa
powder.
D3- Traditional Christmas Pudding
Served with a brandy sauce.
D4- Christmas Cheese and Biscuits
A selection of cheeses served with savoury biscuits and grapes.
